A newly opened night club in central Agartala faced controversy on its very first night. Located on the upper floor of the UD Building, Rose Valley Complex beside Rabindra Bhavan, the bar named “Happiest Hour” witnessed heated arguments among guests during its inauguration party.

According to local sources, around 1 AM, a quarrel broke out among visitors, quickly escalating into a heated situation. The chaos forced officials from the West Agartala Police Station to rush to the spot and bring the situation under control.

“Even on the opening night, the lack of proper security was visible. Stronger security measures are absolutely necessary.”
The guest also alleged that entry was denied to single individuals while only couples were allowed inside, raising questions about discriminatory practices.
